@budgetbestieshannon: 4-Ingredient Blueberry Cheesecake Dump Cake. This is what I make when I want dessert without turning it into a whole project. Blueberry pie filling, cream cheese, cake mix and butter. That’s it. Save this one because it’s an easy one to pull out when you need a quick dessert for company, a potluck or just because. Ingredients: • 1 (21 oz) can blueberry pie filling • 1 (15 oz) package lemon or yellow cake mix • 8 oz whipped cream cheese • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, very thinly sliced Directions: 1. Heat oven to 350°F and grease a square baking dish. 2. Spread blueberry pie filling over the bottom and into the corners. 3. Add half the cake mix, spoon cream cheese evenly over it, then add the remaining cake mix. 4. Arrange thin butter slices in a single layer over the dry mix, covering as much surface as possible. 5. Bake 35–40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 6. Cool 15 minutes before serving.
