I am sooo worried about this part as I always get constipated when I go on holiday like the whole week I won’t go and I just get fatter and fatter and feel sooo uncomfortable. Fingers crossed for you 😂

Supposed to be flying home at 11pm tonight (long day here 🙈) there's loads of problems with technical difficulties with air traffic control so flights are being delayed 8hrs+ 😭 x Have a good chill day Grace x

I had my surgery at nords yesterday. Feeling pretty good considering but dreading the constipation. I get it everytime after surgery!

im so sorry you are still struggling with loo side of things hun, codeine is awful for this. not sure if you can bath, sometimes drinking warm water helps, as does prunes and sitting on the loo with feet slightly elevated so knees are more bent. Just some suggestions hun. take care x x

Iv had the constipation the whole way through on MJ and it’s been nearly 2 years of going twice weekly max 🤦🏻♀️😂

codeine is awful for constipation, what about Nefopam? its so much better for that and works wonders i prefer it to codeine x
