How this isn’t the focus of what is happening blows my mind. Isn’t the entire point to the system a fair and reasonable trial without a thorough investigation how do you get that? I recognize the system was setup this way but dang this is terrifying.

I’m a prosecutor and I’m appalled at this investigation. The fact they didn’t test what was in the cup OR the cup for finger prints… insane

I wish I had days to explain how she is innocent to all of you that have these preconceived beliefs that she is guilty. It just isn't possible based on the evidence presented at the trial. The time lines and facts make absolutely no sense she could do it. Everything points to him. but I bet your the same people who thought OJ was innocent and Casey Anthony was innocent. You dont follow the facts. You need to understand facts and science

Why hasn't he cried once? how did she do all of that drugged up in that time frame? His parents are on her side? there is so much to question. I would rather a proper investigation be done that reveals that Lindsay is some kind of psycho incapable of realizing what she did was wrong than to have had this joke trial reveal holes in everyone's stories that make it seem like she didn't do it at all, let alone sanely did it.

Yeah this is my take. I have my suspicions but with how shitty the investigation was, we will literally never know. And the fact that the police will likely face zero repercussions for this is horrific

6 months later is when they went back and took photos of the crime scene. 6 MONTHS. It was never closed off. It was never declared a crime scene. Nothing at all was investigated. They just believed the woman was guilty and she did it. Which is terrifying in itself.
