This is a wake up call for Canada. Canada cannot completely depend on one single unreliable shrinking market, due to bans, restrictions and tariffs. It is time to diversify international trading by looking for more growing markets elsewhere. As investment advisers always say, "Don't put all your eggs in one basket!".
