guys noel wrote the “i see you” on the back of ezra’s car when he was with aria and that’s what hannah saw and she thought he was A. mona was the one who hit her. mona had the phones bugged so when hannah sent the text to the girls saying “i know who A is” mona got it from her phone since she bugged their phones and she panicked and hit her since she thought her identity was figured out.
