@c5news: The man behind anti-migrant protests in Dover and Portsmouth over the weekend has amassed a crowd of masked men outside the Daily Mail in west London and is demanding the newspaper buy his mum a new home. Danny Thomas, more often known as Danny Tommo, announced on X around 130pm on Wednesday that his group, Patriot Platform, would be outside the publisher in Kensington to "ask questions". “There will be no violence towards anyone, members of the public or police officers. There will be no antisocial behaviour. There will be no threats. There will be no intimidation. Only questions will be asked,” he wrote beforehand. Mr Thomas, who was jailed for two years for attempted kidnap at knifepoint in 2016, gave the Mail “48-hours to do the right thing”. In an earlier social media post, the dad-of-four showed police at his mother’s house after “threats were made to murder her”. The 37-year-old is holding the Mail responsible because it published his company name, “knowing it would expose my mother’s home address”. Speaking outside the Mail, with a row of police officers in front of him and a crowd of men clad in black with face coverings behind him, Mr Thomas said, “I’m your enemy, not my mum“. While recording assembled police, he continued: “She can never go back to that house. She feels comfortable in that house. There are pictures of her father, her sisters, and her grandchildren. She has spent weeks, months, decorating that house. To give her a place where she can feel safe because for 50 years my old man was her safe haven,” he explained, as one of his followers placed a supporting hand on his back. “And he aint here no more.” Mr Thomas called for a representative of the newspaper to come and speak with him, before declaring. “I expect this propaganda.
