Nothing might come back. The real life lady whose memory loss wiped her entire falling out with her family & ending her engagement, courtship & marriage to a new guy that inspired the Vow movie never recovered her memories. She only knows what other people told her & what could be verified. She had to relearn how to do art, when she had been very successful & tried going back to law school in the movie. I'm not sure what was fictionalized but memories don't always come back & her toxicology report leaves the potential she was knocked out or very out of it for much of the day, after coming back from the doctor's appointment.

She doesn’t remember that night. But was able to give exacting details to the hospital chaplain 3 therapists and listed in the civil suit she filed against the doctors where she claimed she didn’t crime.

Keep in mind they use her admission to convict her but her admission doesn’t align with the evidence: the screen, the door being unlocked, not remembering the “crushed meds” so who do you believe? Can’t say her admission means anything if the evidence doesn’t show it. Everything else is hearsay .. or redirects to someone else

When you have been in a comatose state at any point or period of time you will forget all short-term memory. That happened to my dad but he could remember things that happened in the 70s

That’s how my ex made me feel. And anytime I had to drop my kiddo off with him my legs would lock and my whole body would shake. Heavy breathing and immediate flood of emotions. You can’t understand unless you’ve lived it. Be thankful you don’t know what that feels like!
