@jeifao20t4: Watching my wife go through this has been one of the hardest things I have ever experienced. For so long, we treated her hot flashes like something she just had to push through. The sudden heat, night sweats, broken sleep, exhaustion... she kept saying, “I’m fine.” Then two days ago, she had a heart attack and ended up in the hospital. Even after coming home, she still tells me there’s nothing to worry about. But the doctor pulled me aside and told me her health can’t keep being ignored. Seeing her sit there trying to comfort me while I’m the one who knows what the doctor said completely broke me.
