I had to start making kibble soup for my senior Maltese, partly because he doesn't have many teeth left but also because he doesn't drink much water 💙

I have to hand feed and water our 15 year old girl at times. They are a handful but we will love them through this stage of their lives ❤️

My chihuahua refuses to eat unless he is sitting in my lap and I am hand feeding him out of people dishes and real utensils. What have I done 😅 I feel like this water trick is the next step 😭

I did that for a while, but she did NOT like it 😅 I even gave her milk against my better judgment because I was trying everything to keep her hydrated. She eventually started drinking normally again.

I put my Abus food on every damn surface and he gets tired of it he goes to another, 3 dry food and 2 wet on rotation so he doesn’t get bored…..this dude refuses any surface but my hand now, he’s only threeeeee

Mine did the same. We gave her pumpkin puree as a water replacement. She wouldn’t drink water from a syringe cry😭
