I’ve worked at NYU Winthrop and my husband works for Northwell. Honestly all hospitals are political. There will be issues anywhere. It all depends the departments you work with and unfortunately your coworkers are part of your experience too.

I worked for Northweil during Covid for 2 years and I loved everyone. Managers directors, employees, as soon as I got officially hired into an office my manager was a bully and made me cry everyday, I told hr and they fired me. 😐
