My husband bought a litter robot for our cat and it’s been a life saver for me. I have bipolar disorder and I love it when I’m in a depressive episode and can’t be bothered to take care of myself, yet alone clean a litter box. Taking it apart to clean is a breeze, too.

i want one that doesn’t automatically run all the time but just cleans it when i click a button. i don’t want my kitty getting hurt but it’s also hard to scoop litter sometimes bc i have a really bad back

My petzone works just fine lol. Had it for 6 years and counting, never even had to replace the motor. It's simple though, just an automatic rake that scoops into a collection tray 30mins after a sensor is triggered. You need good litter and weekly maintenance still, but it's great for me. Even slapped a cover over it and it's still going fine.

i have 3 whisker litterbots, bought each for $100-150 off of facebook marketplace!! replaced the liner ($60) and deep cleaned them. best decision ever

i have an open type automatic litterbox, there's 2 sensors on the sides, while 1 in the middle, best purchase, especially when my allergies kicks in

I understand that an automatic litterbox is not for everyone but it's a huge help for me as someone who's disabled. We feed our cats 3 times a day and while that can be a lot having 1 less thing to do helps immensely. Yes the litter robot is expensive but the fact that the safety features are so good and you can basically replace anything in there you need to makes it well worth the price for us.

Ive have the litter robot 4 for about 2 years and love it however it’s impossible to get clean without taking it apart completely screws and all and that takes over an hour

fully agree that they are not a requirement but as someone who works 80 hours per week (only pne day off), my goodness is my litter robot saving me so much energy.

My robot litter box was great because I didn’t have to scoop it but it always smelled!! after a few months. I switched back to a stainless steel litter box and couldn’t be happier no smell.
