@foodwithmere: 🍜NEW BROTHLESS RAMEN SPOT IN CHINATOWN🍜 This is your sign to try abura soba! 🫵 Kajiken opened their first Boston location a few months ago in Chinatown, and it’s already getting a lot of love. They specialize in brothless ramen, or abura soba, which is saucy, savory, and has perfectly chewy noodles! My favorite is the Roasted Beef 😋 They also have traditional ramen with broth, rice bowls, and appetizers. We tried the Homura Don (surprisingly REALLY spicy 🥵) and Karaage Curry Don. We also got the Kaki Fry which I loved!
