@cleo_m626: Jello Lemon Pudding Cake Ready in: about 1 hour 25 minutes Pan: 10-inch Bundt or tube pan Oven: 350°F / 175°C Ingredients Cake 1 package (4 oz / about 113 g) lemon-flavor instant pudding and pie filling 1 package (18 oz / about 510 g) lemon cake mix yellow cake mix can also be used 4 large eggs 1 cup water 1/4 cup vegetable oil Glaze 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted 1 tablespoon hot milk 3–5 drops yellow food coloring, optional Instructions Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt or tube pan. Add the pudding mix, cake mix, eggs, water, and oil to a large mixing bowl. Mix until combined, then beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 55–60 minutes, until the cake springs back when lightly pressed and is baked through. Leave the cake in the pan for about 15 minutes. Carefully turn it out onto a cooling rack or serving plate and allow it to cool completely. For the glaze, place the sifted confectioners’ sugar in a bowl. Gradually mix in the hot milk and optional yellow food coloring until smooth. Drizzle or pour the glaze over the cooled cake. #dessert
