Mix everything well to combine. ( For maximum flavour, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour ) or cook straight away if preferred. ◾️Place the pan over medium heat and cook for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally. The meat will release water ◾️Continue cooking until the oil starts to separate and the colour deepens to a rich brown. ◾️Add 2 cups of water and stir well. ◾️Cover with a lid and cook over medium-low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the meat from sticking to the pan. ◾️As the water begins to reduce, keep stirring. The bhuning technique is very important at this stage to achieve the deep, dark brown colour. If needed, add a little more water, but only in small amounts. ◾️Once the beef is tender, the masala has coated the meat well, and the colour has deepened, add the garam masala and cumin powder. ◾️In a separate pan, heat the mustard oil, then add the sliced onions and dried chillies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown. Pour this mixture over the beef and give everything a final stir. ◾️Cook for another 2 minutes, and it’s ready to serve. Serve hot with a plate of steamed rice. 🍚 Enjoy 😊 #chittagong #bangladeshifood #bengalifood #fyp #bdtiktokofficial🇧🇩
