Maybe pump into a bottle so you can actually see if he’s getting enough . Feeding for an hour is extremely exhausting for a baby, their sugar will drop and they lose a lot of calories.

babies also latch for comfort but yeah they can be stuck to you for hours sometimes with cluster feeding. as they get older they will have more efficient feeds
