A little reminder, before the architect sits down to design, the land surveyor should visit site to establish/confirm beacons and give the survey map guide together with mutation plan to the architect who carries on with thd design work. The structural engineer should also visit site before doing structural designs so that he can determine the depth of stable foundation work(through digging trial pits).
