Used to work overtime at pizza hut like 90 hrs. Manager never gave me my overtime so i told him i wont show up til i get my money. He said “if u dont come u dont have a job” i said idk what job u talking about. I called department of labor and told them everything he been doing including not giving us our credit card tips. I got into many fights with him over that cuz i would tell customers not to tip since we dont get them and he wanted us to lie and say we get them when asked. Now the employees get all the cc tips and he was fired. His boss was fired too cuz apparently they both been stealing together and i have never been more proud of myself lmao and that was my first job ever

I got hurt at a warehouse at like 2am and their “ on duty nurse “ didn’t work graveyard and when I said I’ll go to the ER they said I have to wait for the nurse to come in at 6am or else they can’t accommodate me and I’ll get written up …so I sued and got a check for 36k in like 2 weeks .. my injury in question just a strain in my back
