@profahmedhankir: Pinky’s Cafe — the tastiest coffee in San Juan, Puerto Rico. ☕️🇵🇷 No exaggeration. I’ve tried a few cafés here, and Pinky’s has become my regular spot. I’ve been coming so often that the owner now calls me a regular — and she even knows my order. 😂❤️ But it’s not just the quality of the coffee and food. It’s the customer service, the ambience, the warmth and the hospitality. For me, that experience is just as important — if not more important — than what’s on the plate. And there’s a mental health message here too: routine is regulation. Returning to familiar places, seeing familiar faces and creating small rituals can give us a sense of predictability, connection and safety. That can be incredibly regulating for our nervous system.
