@news10lansing: The Constellation Cat Cafe offers customers coffee alongside cats, combining a coffee shop with a space for adoptable animals. “The idea of cat cafes that started in Japan, of just cats hanging around, you get to have your coffee with them,” said Paula Crow, director of operations. Barista Mallory Nicotra said the concept fits their personal interests. “I am the biggest cat lover in the world. All my family calls me a crazy cat lady,” Nicotra said.
