False!!! Alcohol goes in your blood, breastmilk is made from your blood. The baby get’s the same % of alcohol as yourself. Anyhow, why even take the risk in the first place??

I used to get me a good “feel happy buzz” occasionally😁! I breast feed until my baby turn 2. my son is 5 yrs old and he’s the smartest cutest little guy, nothing ever popped up abnormal after feeding not once did he get sick because of my milk. Until this day he only goes to the doctor to get regular check ups 🥰.

for anyone confused she is saying that once the alcohol has left your blood stream it has also left your milk supply, for one mixed drink it takes about 2 hours, for every drink add 2 hours, pumping doesnt get the alcohol out of your milk faster because it is still in your blood stream, once you are completely sober and the alcohol has left your system you are safe to feed without passing the alcohol to your baby, also I saw someone ask about vaping and unfortunately it is a little different because everything leaves the blood stream at a different speed, nicotine takes about 4 hours per cigarette dosage
