you forgot the part where if they feel your lawnmower is worth twice as much as it was last year that you must pay taxes based on the new value even though you didn't sell said lawnmower.

well I hate school taxes after 65.i paid for years and really did not mind to much because I do believe in education BUT I AM 80 YES 80 AND STILL.PAYING SCH TAXES.and they are more than my property tax.

Do you know what the word register means and means to turn one's property over to the state?That's what you're doing with an Vehicle You went from an automobile and you gave up the car by registering it to the state and it became a vehicle in their Fleet.Because the state is a corporation too.You gave it up when you registered it

Same thing in Mexico.. in Mexico the IRS is called hacienda and they are responsible for collecting taxes from what you buy, sell or inherited..

Basically homeowners don’t own, they rent. The goes down after the mortgage is paid off but you still rent. The taxes go up even though you don’t profit until you sale. Meaning the tax assessor reviews your property every year and raises the value of said property.

Now, why is it that it takes us at least 50 years to realize that!!!!!!!., I hope you realize also that if you finance your property and it’s all paid for now you actually paid almost double what you bought it for., I’ stop, otherwise we all go crazy !!!!!!!!

I've been questioning this strategy for years. I never understood why we pay property taxes once you have paid off the note. I still reference the fact of the war over a 2% tea tax.
