That what happens when you don’t eat or drink enough before going in. I frequently donate and this happened to me once bc I didn’t eat enough. Now I always bring snacks and eat my snacks while I’m in the lobby waiting!!

Ya I tried once and they were like “do you drink water?” Apparently I was dehydrated drank a ton of water and tried again and passed out. Maybe just not for me 😂😭

hydration isnt just drinking water and they will tell you that it could have been a bunch of things your sugar could have dropped not enough sleep electrolytes

So, this is how i found out i am EXTREMELY anemic. I passed out , threw up all over my self and almost passed out again lmao. I was hydrated and had ate well before hand

You can always ask them to turn it down because this happened to me and I’ve asked every time after and have had no problems. But definitely a scary experience especially your first time.

I go twice a week but you have to make sure you are hydrated and have some electrolytes. I drink a lot of water and drink pedialyte and when I go I'm done in about 45 minutes tops
