With everyone joining in to hate Ryanair, don’t forget this airline destroyed a passengers guitar (really expensive one) and did nothing about it. He provided evidence (like the pregnant lady) and got nothing, while the line denied it. They also had a scenario where a gentleman was pulled out of the window as it BROKE and caused the suction to pull his upper body out of it—and did nothing but send him an email asking if he’d like to rebook. Besides those, they also charge parents a fee to sit next to their children, have trapped a plane full of passengers on a plane for an HOUR in extreme heat to the point they were throwing up and passing out, and they are not providing any form of compensation for passengers due to the most recent bundle of flight cancellations (HUNDREDS of flights).
