@zayedsustainabilityprize: Fuel shortages. Rising fuel costs. Dangerous levels of air pollution. For Bangladesh, building more resilient energy systems is an urgent need. But developing an electric vehicle in a country without the infrastructure to support one was far from simple. Palki Motors took on that challenge, developing affordable EVs that can help reduce dependence on fuel and make cleaner mobility more accessible. Winning the Zayed Sustainability Prize helped turn that ambition into greater capacity, enabling Palki to expand its R&D department and develop new generations of EVs for Bangladesh. What started as a response to an energy challenge is reshaping how Bangladesh moves.
