My husband and I are in a long distance relationship, trust me, it’s so so painful. But I genuinely wouldn’t do life without him, or with anyone else. Every day we spend apart is hard, especially because we have a son together, but then I also think how lucky am I to have someone I miss this much, someone who’s always there for me even from so far away. I don’t like long distance at all, but when you find the right man, distance is honestly the only test. For him, I’d do long distance in every lifetime until we can finally settle together permanently (which hopefully will be very, very soon! )

Out of genuine curiosity (not trying to sound rude or insensitive) but why get married if you can’t live together? If you can’t move to him or him to you (whomever has the more flexible option)? What’s the point of getting married but being long distance

My husband and I did long distance for 5 years while we were dating, and then for another year and a half after we got married. And honestly, it was definitelyyyy so much harder after getting married. 🥹 Going through that season made me SO much more grateful to have him around every day once we finally made it through. It’s so worth it on the other side. Even the little, everyday things that you might normally take for granted become things you’re so incredibly grateful for. You’ll get through this season!! ❤️Just take it one day at a time. It will make finally being together that much sweeter.
