We’re way too focused on how the bottom 99% would hypothetically abuse privileges granted to them and not the privileges the top 1% actually are confirmed to abuse. If a homeless guy uses my goodwill and charity for drugs, that’s totally their choice. We should be giving people more opportunities to get back to making good decisions instead of giving nobody anything in case they fail
