eating meat is completely different valuing every mean you eat knowing and respecting that an animal has passed for you to eat it . Squashing and killing a bug because your scared of it /don’t like it , what are you doing that for ? You don’t gain anything your not using it for nutrition your not valuing the bugs life . You can still eat meat and advocate for animals to be killed in crawl and selfless ways

I was vegan for two years. I was in the worst health and constant brain fog. I was skinny too. As soon as I went back to chicken and fish, it was like I woke up.

I keep Ts and cats and feed them insects and meat respectively, because that's how they survive. I'm also a vegetarian that limits my dairy and egg consumption. If we purely hunted our animals I would 100% agree with this take. Killing inverts for no gain is deplorable, but so are the conditions the animals raised for meat are kept in.
At least the insect had a normal life and it's snuffed out in a moment. The animals suffer their entire lives.
I don't think the two are comparable, it's apples and oranges. I don't eat meat because I don't agree with animal suffering and the environmental impact. I don't squish bugs because it's senseless and cruel.
Saying you shouldn't eat meat because you don't kill spiders is a non sequitur argument.
