Letrozole gave me terrible heat flashes at night but I realized I had worse side effects from it when I drank caffeine on the days I took letrozole vs days I didn’t! Also for trigger shot I suggest icing the area first! It made it easier for me to do it personally! Sending love loss and infertility is the worst ❤️‍🩹

Have you had a laparoscopy to rule out Endometriosis? Endo can be silent & is typically the #1 reason for unexplained infertility. So much baby dust to you❤️

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I had the same thing. Long story short letrozole and clomid didn’t work bc a fertility specialist found blocked fallopian tubes and low ovarian reserve. Went to IVF after a long battle of nothing working. I truly hope letrozole works for you! It works for some!! 🙏 Infertility absolutely stinks 😣

i just did a medicated cycle with IUI! i took clomid and felt a little dizzy and bloated but other than that it wasn’t too bad. no side effects from the trigger! good luck!! 🤞

Girl you aren’t alone 🫶🏼 secondary infertility mama here and I completely understand how you feel. I’ve done 2 unsuccessful medicated cycles with trigger shots. I had dizziness, headaches, lethargy and body aches as side effects with Letrizole. No side effects with the trigger shot or progesterone. If you need someone to talk to, my inbox is open because it can be extremely lonely and so frustrating. Praying you have a successful cycle with a sweet blessing on the way ❤️

Hi! I also have unexplained secondary infertility. I’m now over a year deep in IVF after many Letrozole rounds and IUIs. I WISH someone told me to do the receptiva test BEFORE I did any Letrozole, IUI, IVF because it would have saved me a lot of time and money! Ask your dr for the receptiva dx with cd138 test! It’s less invasive than a lap. It tests for markers of inflammation which can indicate (but not diagnose) endometriosis. My receptiva test came back positive and I was shocked. I thought because I had had a baby before easily that it would be easy again. Also never thought I could possibly have endo. I had no symptoms!
