I visited 5 places and went with galloping hill caterers in union nj. my fiance didn't even see the room yet and said yes to the numbers bc they were the best 😆. truthfully they gave us the best looking venue, most included in pricing and most cost effective! we chose the RegencyRoom which only fits 90 but paid a total of 7300. includes all food for a buffet, cocktail hour, full wedding cake from bovellas, drinks, open bar, colored napkins of your choice, all tableware, center pieces ( that they already have) and a full ceremony in their separate ceremony room ( which is beautiful). they had the best price of everyone. we booked a dj, photography, and photo booth package with a company who does all 3 and paid 2900 for it. all together 10k for 81 guests! the venue even offered us to upgrade to a bigger room if we wanted to do it on a Wednesday but I couldn't do that. im extra so I ordered some personalized things off of shein and Amazon to save money. and that venue is gorgeous. its all updated. good luck!!

Look central/south jersey on the west side of Jersey. We’re planning ours for February, 150 people for about $17k, but that includes ceremony, food, premium bar, ice sculptures, cake, florals, linens, etc.

Flowers! I had florist quoting me 10k for real flowers and I found a company (Amore weddings) to do my centerpieces, couples table, signage flowers, and ceremony arch for $2900. And my bouquets are Etsy (bridal bouquet pictured)
