i think of all those people at ground zero who were able to runaway ,but were engulfed in the dust. How many of them are still alive? if we were even aware of how lethal all that dust was they should have been covering thier noses and running or driving as far away as possible 😟

In the environmental consulting world there are levels of hazardous waste sites and require levels of personal protection equipment this was ar a level where we needed respiratory protection at least but look to see who what consultants signed off on the work plans

My whole life I was told “America is the greatest country in the world”. And then I grew up. And then I traveled all over the world and have been for the last 35 years and realized, that was a lie. There are a lot of great countries in the world. Is the United States the most powerful military and do we have the biggest economy absolutely. Does that mean where the greatest country in the world not even close. And this, along with the countless lies that our government has has told us over the years doesn’t surprise me anymore. They didn’t tell the people who were working at Ground Zero and the people who lived in lower Manhattan about the air quality because of money. Because the New York Stock Exchange is right there. Because relocating a couple of hundred thousand people for, however, long it takes for the air to clear would’ve been too expensive. Because of the cost of the economy with the New York Stock Exchange shut down it would’ve been devastating. So it was done for monetary reasons. Our government cannot be trusted. We were told there were weapons of master destruction in Iraq that was the impetus for us invading. 100% not true and it’s very likely our government knew it wasn’t true. The Gulf of Tonkin incident in Vietnam was the impetus for the escalation of that war. The USS Maine in Cuba in 1898 where we blamed Spain to escalate that war. We even had a slogan “remember the Maine”. The actual cause of the USS Maine explosion is still debated to this day, but it’s unlikely that Spain had anything to do with it. And let’s not get into all the top-secret experiments that the CIA had done over the years that is now unclassified, which proves the level in which our government will treat and even harm US citizens. 🤷♂️
