I’m a fa in therapy and I don’t think we should date or get involved with anyone until we have the capacity to hold a healthy relationship. It’s really unfair and detrimental to people. Before I knew I was an fa I dated a da and he absolutely gutted me. I’m pretty sure he contributed to my avoidance because I never wanted to be hurt again. I was in a constant state of anxiety. These are just childish games for what? A fleeting conversation that’s just gonna get cut off and then the person’s anxiety goes up just waiting for that next hit of attention like an addict.
