the thing i never understood was all might ep 1 changing the fucking weather with a punch and since OFA is a stockpile, Midoriya is at least in theory stronger than all might, so his 40% of the OFA on the final episodes was about idk, 60-70% of All Might prime? even then he still looks weaker than All Might, I mean, he is STRONG AS FUCK, but looks really weaker than prime all might
