Hi! I’m a social worker - I would suggest reaching out to your local VA and seeing what local resources they have for legal. Usually, they have people that do pro bono or discounted services for Vets. Even if it just lowers the payments, you might be able to make a savings account for Thomas that you can guarantee he gets. Army vet here. I have a 9 year old daughter I have not seen her or heard her voice since 2022. I have no idea where she lives. I also have a son that lives in Pueblo with his mom. He’s 6 for the first 4 years of his life his mom kept me from him. All of this has been able to happen because Colorado family court has allowed it. My story would blow your mind and you’re not alone. I’m over $100k in debt to multiple law firms.

I know you don’t want “handouts” for your child support, but consider a gofundme to hire a PI! Someone whose only job is literally just to find your son! We really want to help you! And any money you have leftover you could put into a living trust in his name.

You don't have to climb it alone, I along with many others will help anywhere we can. Get monetized on tiktok in the creator rewards program, anything you make on your videos can go towards your stuff. I was under the impression from your video response a few videos back that you have been in touch with someone that knows where Thomas is and that she has means to contact him.
