@robeverydayfinance: 💰 Here are my 6 streams of income as a 31 year old with just over $100k invested 1️⃣ My 9-5 as a software engineer is my main source of income. I currently earn $106k annually 2️⃣ My HYSA holding my emergency fund sits at a 3.2% interest rate, so I make roughly $60-70 every month 3️⃣ I get equity from my job every quarter, which roughly amounts to $400 every quarter, although this most recent round was $633! 4️⃣ Dividends are paid out by either your ETFs or stocks, depending on what you hold. I get roughly $200 in my Roth IRA and $1.03 in my taxable brokerage each quarter that get automatically reinvested 5️⃣ Furniture flipping is a new side hustle for me. I have one piece up for sale now, which should hopefully bring in $300-400 once it sells 6️⃣ Lastly, content! I just hit 10k followers on TikTok and have been accepted into the Creator Rewards program, so that will hopefully bring in some money eventually. I also signed 2 UGC deals that will pay roughly $700 as well.
