Acceptance & forgiveness are the hardest things to master but I once went on a spiritual awakening through meditation after my life started to fall apart & in this I learnt how to detach myself from situations and people even when I'm with them face to face I can detach at anytime I choose.. I see patterns where people try to bait others into emotions such as anger and frustration maybe just for a bit of fun but I'm aware, so aware and I'm self aware. It's not easy to learn but situations provide times for healing journeys and so don't see a bad situation as that, instead try to see them as opportunity for improvement & growth of thyself. Look within not without because externals cannot fix internals. Good luck on your journeys ✌️❤️
