that kitchen is rough ๐ถ doesn't fit the aesthetic of the home, also doesn't really have a point of view. it tried to be really modern and still try to use elements of Craftsman. really strange decisions. and as everyone else's said one bathroom.... this is so laughably overpriced. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ๐คฃ

I love Laddโs Addition too. Why hasnโt it sold? Tiny bedrooms, terrible ceiling height in top floor, only one bathroom and no bathtub, no dining room.

Unmitigated greed. Fantastic neighborhood. Instead of the ugly weird kitchen remodel, they should have put in a bathroom upstairs or in the basement. If they were longtime owners, they bought for a fraction. My relatives bought in Colonial Heights in 70s and 80s for less than 50K. Laddโs was same. The front entrance needs work. I bet those stairs are slippery in the rain.

clunky layout unfortunately... you'd think with that square footage you could get another bathroom... and the one that you have is pretty small. I wonder what's between the two upper rooms, it feels like there's unused space there

I love it but I would want to add upper kitchen cabinets, another bedroom and bath immediately and that price doesnโt leave much space for projects.
