People aren't mad about Russians playing the game specifically I think they're just tired of language barriers in coop most French German or Swedish players would most likely write in English to have a middle ground, or if not have their language be in signatures, at the end of the day coop isn't important enough for it to be a real issue but if you join someone's world then don't insult them if they cannot understand you
