Intermittent fasting, still going to the gym even if it’s the Hotel gym and eat at health food spots!

Meal prep babe. I barely ever eat out because it’s crap fattening food lol so I meal prep, and if I have to grab something outside, it’s a fruit that can be peeled.

Class pass. A gym that I can find anywhere like a crunch. And my running shoes lol. Oh I’ve also brought 5lb dumbbells with me to do workouts via YouTube.

For workouts I do a program on the Ladder App cause I can usually get those done regardless of where I am. Travel with protein/creatine gummies. Prioritize sleep always. Except for some fun nights out cause duh

Clear protein, bone broth packets that I can dissolve in hot water, electrolyte packets, black coffee with stevia, mint tea, I don’t eat on planes & very low to no carbs, lots of mints & gum. ✨🥰 Goodluck

Calisthenics workouts on YouTube. My favorite are from Caroline Girvan. All body weight exercises no equipment needed and easy to do in a hotel room. Also intermittent fasting.

I’m traveling for work, not vacation. So I try to keep to my normal regime as much as possible. The weights might be lighter but I always prioritize my daily schedule!

I think buying some protein heavy snacks is key. Protein bars, boiled eggs, bone broth pouches…that helps. And then when you eat out just make sure most of what’s on your plate is protein

Sis, pack your workout clothes, wake up early, and hit the hotel gym! When traveling, I try to eat healthier (burger no bun, steamed veggies instead of fries), limit myself to 2 drinks, drink TONS of water, and get my steps in wherever I can. I’ll also grab some granola or nuts from a grocery store for a little pick-me-up!

Tara Carver is the BEST creator to follow for this advice. She really seems to have cracked the code for staying disciplined while traveling.

Don’t eat on the plane. Tinned fish is super helpful on the road is helpful for nights when you don’t want to order or eat out lots

Make sure I pack workout clothes, eat foods high in protein if I’m eating out and make sure there nothing to do in the morning to prioritize working out in the morning before any activities

I think the main thing is pre-planning. Inquiring about the gym in advance, packing the clothes you need, etc. If it’s a work trip and I’m on itinerary is easier to build a routine around what I’m doing but if it’s a leisure trip, I legit build an itinerary mostly so I can keep my routines that help me feel sane. As far as food, I’ve not gotten to the place where I pack food/snacks to take with me yet but I do usually put in an order via DoorDash once I’ve arrived with the snacks, food and drinks, etc. I’m accustomed to having.

When traveling I never skip my 15k steps per day. No sugar/sweets. And I always eat a normal/simple breakfast like eggs and grapes.

I wake up early to workout. Go for walks, book fitness classes on ClassPass. I eat healthy for breakfast and lunch but indulge for dinner, limit alcohol.
