I have PCOS (PMOS) and got pregnant on our 2nd try. My OB told me to get on a prenatal if we were trying but that’s all I took. I just payed close attention to my body to see if I had signs of ovulation which I did and stayed busy around that window. I had 5 positive tests on what would’ve been the first day of my next period.
