@sonya.jo.framemakeup: I used to think skincare had to do something I could feel to be working. Tingle. Tighten. Peel. Exfoliate. If my skin reacted, I assumed the product must be powerful. So when my skin wasn’t looking the way I wanted, I did what made sense at the time—I reached for stronger. Turns out, stronger wasn’t what my skin needed. The biggest shift for me came when I stopped treating my skin like something I needed to constantly correct and started focusing on taking care of it—hydration, supporting my skin barrier, consistency, and being a whole lot gentler with it. And the before + afters tell that story better than I ever could. At 56, I’m not interested in seeing how much my skin can tolerate. I’m interested in seeing how well I can take care of it. Comment GLOW and I’ll send you the K-beauty skincare I’m using. #SkincareOver50 #KoreanSkincare #MatureSkin
