We are also sleep deprived, and the hormones that kept us people pleasing for our entire adult lives, have abandoned us. People should just be glad we’re being as nice as we are, honestly. Between the declining hormones, causing such irritability and rage, and the lack of sleep, it’s a pretty volatile situation.
