When my son was 2 and started day care I don’t think our entire family was healthy at the same time for at least six months, and one of those months included a hospital stay for my son. It’s just what it is at that age.

I worked in childcare and my boss told me that work came before family. I am a single mom of a disabled child. He knew that when I was hired. Needless to say I left two months after I started there and started a nanny job at my house. I have been so much happier.

Frustrating for people who don’t have kids to constantly have to pick up the slack for people who chose to have children.
