The first look pics are always stunning but I agree, don’t do first look. The photographer can capture his emotional crying face at the end of the alter as you’re walking down. I did a photo booth for my wedding and it was A HIT! I think that’s the one thing I’d def recommend. And then the guests get 2 copies, 1 to keep and 1 to put in a photo book for you and write a note. 😀

I love the classic car idea! I was so hoping to have my 67 farelane (RIP she’s getting sold 😭 because I can’t get her rn, would have no where to put her, and my dad doesn’t have to time to fix her up) fixed up for my wedding but that did not happen so my dad let my husband drive his 2020 Vette to get to our venue. That thing is my dads baby right now lmao

100% agree with opening the bar and at least some snacks right when the reception starts. My husband and I did that and it was a game changer. We didn’t feel rushed to get photos done and get to the reception so everyone wasn’t bored. We waited for dinner to be served and had the bar limited to wine and beer until dinner was served and it went really well.

That is a really great idea to seat the bridal party. You and Ben will probably be taking pictures immediately after the ceremony right? Then the two of you get to make your grand entrance. Are you having the bridal party make an entrance too?
