also fun fact deep water metal ships determinate but wood dosent at the same depth and vice versa this is becouse there is a type of tiny lifeforms that eat metal and wood but wood eaters are only found in higher water and metal ones are only found in deeper water that's why the titanic is roting away while ships on beaches can last longer in seemingly fine state
