medical abdominal binder. 20$ on walmart online btw. life savers!!! most hospitals have them if you ask. they mainly give them to c section mamas but it's shown to help your organs go back into place and you not risk twisting and pulling internals wrong. it's nothing to do with looks . it's medically beneficial to wear medical binder after surgery or even birth.

As women, we need to learn about our own anatomy. Her stomach isnt flat and still looks pregnant immediately after birth because of the size of her uterus. A uterus is normally very small and weighs about 30-60 grams but it expands in weighs about 2 pounds immediately after birth . it takes about two weeks after birthing your baby for your uterus to return to his normal size. She looks normal for having just had a child.

Yo lo hice por que sentia como los organos nadando en mi panza, y eso me hacia sentir mas "talladita" y realmente no sé si fue eso o genetica pero Al mes minpiel ya estaba en au Lugar y desinflamada,(también di de mamar eso ayuda segun me dijeron)
