augh same with the Marlene Vidal case. Unfortunately hers to me & as to the few comments friends and family have made it was more of a drug abuse/addiction. Yea she might have had gone crazy in the end to do what she did, but its not the same. At least with the very few facts they have verily released, yea I can see why they're considering the death penalty. Also that, she's in Tx & we do have the death penalty. It has nothing to do with white and brown.

Exactly! People forget why a lot of people have their stance on Lindsay is because of the EVIDENCE. If someone claims they were insane with NO evidence then they are guilty!

As of now I’m saying she’s guilty and is using the Lindsey case as a cover up or excuse or whatever and if when her trial comes it proves me wrong I’ll admit it but for now no I’m not giving benefit of doubt.

so she was actively discussing Lindsay, the point of which is poor mental health, and instead of talking about her thoughts to the people she was talking to she acted on random thoughts she has no history of having before? I have no energy for this case.
