I am confused. There is no trick to the brain as the video shows the blades in fixed position due to the aforementioned ratio of blade RPM to camera frame rate. The brain has nothing to try and interpret.

Some computer monitors run on the exact same speed so if they’re being videotaped, they show up as blank cause it reads in between the images not the images themselves it can be a really cool effect
