@megahighqtpie: chicken gnocchi soup is so easy to make! 😋 heres what i used: 2 chicken breast — season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, italian seasonings — cook on each side 6-8 mins or until internal temp reads 165 — set aside to cool and then chop into bite sized pieces 1/2 cup onion 4-6 garlic cloves 4 tbsp butter 2 cups carrots, diced 1 cup celery, diced 2 tbsp flour 4 cups chicken broth 2 cups heavy cream garlic powder chicken bouillon italian seasonings 17.6 oz gnocchi 2 handfuls spinach — in the same pot, melt butter and cook onion and garlic until garlic becomes fragrant — add in celery and carrot and cook for another minute then add in flour and stir for about a minute — add in chicken broth and heavy cream and mix well this is a great time to taste for seasonings, i added in about 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp italian seasoning and 1/2 tbsp chicken boullion and lots of black pepper — add in spinach and gnocchi and cook for 2-3 mins then add in the chicken and parmesan cheese #soupseason #fluseason #DinnerIdeas #easymeal #easydinner
