Not exactly. A lot of people who have ADHD, like me, just can't operate at the same level as others. We get bored easily, yes, but it's not because we solved the end of a movie at the beginning, or because there's nothing to do after it's been solved. We get bored because it doesn't give us what we crave.

ummmmm... that's not ADHD. so a lot of times you will get the diagnosis of ADHD if you checked all the symptomology boxes but unfortunately you can have all of the symptoms of ADHD and that is still not your diagnosis what you are describing is PTSD. as a child with PTSD you Will be diagnosis with ADHD because an evaluator knows you meet the criteria for that and will be able to start getting services, but that is not what you have.
