@streep.usa: BREAKING: KEVIN REDDINGTON SAYS PATRICK CLANCY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. #breakingnews #truecrime #lindsayclancy #ma #massachusetts #lindsayclancycase #lindsayclancyverdict #patrickclancy
I don’t believe he said that, and there would be a valid reason why because they did a very horrific investigation by the police department. She did not do that. There’s just no way the timeline doesn’t add up. His alibi doesn’t even add up. So we can’t say that he’s innocent when we don’t know.

Double Jeopardy does not apply according to the 5th Amendment. This man needs to be disbarrared and these Nurses need to lose their Licences. @U.S. Department of Justice
constitution double jeopardy
The double jeopardy protection comes from the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which states that no person shall "be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb." [1]
Core Protections
The Double Jeopardy Clause prevents the government from repeatedly prosecuting individuals for the same crime. It shields defendants from a second trial after an acquittal or a conviction, protects against receiving multiple punishments for a single offense, and restricts retrials following certain improper mistrials. [1, 2]
When Does It Start?
Jeopardy "attaches" when a jury is sworn in during a jury trial, when the first witness is sworn during a bench trial, or when the court unconditionally accepts a guilty plea. [1]
Important Exceptions
Key limits to the rule include:
Separate Sovereigns: State and federal governments can both prosecute the same act under the dual-sovereignty doctrine.
Appeals and Mistrials: Retrials are generally permitted after a successful appeal or a mistrial declared at the defendant's request or out of necessity.
Different Crimes: Separate charges are allowed if an action violates distinct laws
